Smarties cookies! | Simplybeyou05
Hello everyone i hope your all doing well, i love to bake and when im older i would love to be a baker, I had never baked these before and im so happy at how they turned out!
Ingredients:
200g- Unsalted butter
300g- caster sugar
1- egg
325g- self-raising flour
200g chocolate chips
1 tub of Smarties
Recipe:
1) Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
2) In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, add the egg and beat until smooth.
3) Gradually add the flour until well combined, then add the chocolate chops and smarties.
4) Divide the mixture into 10 balls or how ever many you want, squish the down gently onto the baking tray. Remember they will spread in the oven so put plenty of space between them.
5) bake for 12 minutes, then get them out and let them cool for 15 minutes,
I loved making these, and they came out bigger then i expected!.I will definitely do these again, if you end up making these tag me in a picture on Instagram - Simplybeyou05
