How to relax after a stressful day | Simplybeyou05
Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog, I hope your all doing well, this blog post will be handy for people who have had a exam, or been at collage all day or just had a rubbish day and want to forget all about it. Relaxing is something I do most nights because i normal have rubbish days all the time, so here are some things you can do if you need to relax. Have a nice bath!
One things i love to do as soon as i get in from school is have a nice warm bath, i will close the blind light some candles, choose a bath bomb and bubble bar (from Lush) i really recommend the bubble bar milky bath and the bath bomb twilight, i also like to put bath salts in and either have youtube playing, watch a movie or listen to my music. This is such a great way to relax.
Spend time with friends!
When i feel down or need to talk me friends are always there, with that being seeing them in person and having a great day or night, or video calling them and having a laugh with us looking disgusting and have no make up on, i love talking to my friends when i need to relax.
A pamper night!
I try to have a pamper night every two weeks so that i can relax and not worry about anything, i like to light candles, i love the three wick ones from primark and i really recommend the grapefruit and white nectarine, i will also get a face mask on and put on all my fairy lights so my room is nice a cosy.
Listen to music!
All the time leaving school, i put my music on and forget everything that's happend that day, and this relaxes me, i listen to music when ever i can, and that just relax me, What is your favourite song to listen to?, let me know in the comments!
Meditate!
Doing yoga or meditating is a great way to relax because you can forget the day and focus on the future, doing this everyday can even release stress and tension, with my GCSE's coming up i will be doing this a lot!
Write it down!
Writing down what has made to feel stressed can really relax you, (i have done it may times), once you've got what ever it was out of your head it will make you feel really relaxed and more clam.
